Shipping policy
Mirabella Studio is based in Lisbon, Portugal. All orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation before being handed over to the carrier.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are paid by the customer. All prices include taxes (VAT included).
Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times are calculated from the moment the package is collected by the carrier:
- Portugal: 2–4 business days after collection
- Europe (EU & selected countries): 5–10 business days after collection
We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia.
Packaging We carefully pack all orders to ensure safe delivery:
- Posters — shipped in protective poster tubes
- Woodwork products — shipped in sturdy boxes sized according to your order (small, medium, or large)
Tracking Once your order has been collected by the carrier, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at mirabellawoodwork@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
