Return Period In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return Please contact us at mirabellawoodwork@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at mirabellawoodwork@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will resolve it as quickly as possible.
